In his first season with the Wolves, Gobert is averaging 12.6 points and a league-best 13.9 rebounds per game. A three-time All-Star and three-time Defensive Player of the Year, Gobert was traded to Minnesota this offseason by Utah in a deal that sent five players and four first-round picks back to the Jazz. Gobert has twice tested positive for COVID-19 -- in January of this year and infamously in March 2020 when he became the first NBA player to test positive for the coronavirus.
